How do I return a damaged item and get a replacement?
If your product is damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace the item at no cost to you. Just notify us within 10 days from the receipt of your package by clicking on the "Contact Us" link. Make sure you reference your order number along with all of your other contact information. Please note, in some cases we may not be able to replace your damaged product because the product is no longer available. In the event we cannot replace your damaged product, we will issue a refund for the damaged product - but only after it is returned to us by mail.

How long will my order take to arrive?
There are several variables here. We ask that you allow up to four weeks for your order to be delivered to you, but that's typically the case only when you order during a peak period. Our peak periods are during the release of new items, especially exclusives, and December. If you order during off-peak times, packages usually arrive within a week

Can I track my package?
If you ship via USPS Priority mail, you will be provided with a tracking number, the USPS website can be used to track your package directly.

If I need to cancel my order, what do I do?
Hit the "Contact Us" link on our Web site and reference your order number along with your other information. You must contact us within three days of the order placement to cancel.

Can I have my package shipped somewhere other than my home address?
Yes, your billing address and shipping address can be different, as long as they're in the same country. See the following question for more details. Note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes. If you enter a PO Box as your shipping address, your order will be voided.

If I'm in Canada (or anywhere outside of the U.S.), but have family in the U.S., why can't I have my items shipped there?

You can, as long as the credit card you used for payment is based in the country you're shipping to. In other words, the shipping country and the billing country MUST be the same. Exception: shipments within the U.S. can have a Canada billing address. This policy is a standard online credit card fraud prevention tool.

My order is missing an item. What do I do?
We're more than happy to rectify any missing items on your order - just notify us within 10 days from the receipt of your package by clicking on the "Contact Us" link. Make sure you reference your order number along with all of your other contact information.

I live outside of the U.S. How can I purchase your products?
We ship from our online Americanime Productions Store to countries outside of the U.S. via USPS Global Priority (except Canada which ships FedEx Ground). We ship all over the world, with the exception of only a few countries.

I live outside of the U.S. How much will shipping cost on my order?
We ship from our online Americanime Productions Store to countries outside of the U.S. via USPS Global Priority. The best way to determine shipping cost is to place your order by proceeding to "Checkout." After you enter your shipping and billing address information and click "next" you will see the ACTUAL USPS Global Priority shipping cost. Make sure you don't continue past this step if you do not want to place the order. You can also go to USPS.com to obtain a shipping rate estimate –just follow the links to the shipping calculator. Our ZIP/postal code is 02115.
